FEATURES: The central square in 2nd floor can efficiently organize one department store, opened commercial space and one system of interior walking street. The H&O tower, the SOHO building and together with three high-rise residential towers generate a vivified skyline. The façade materials are mixed with aluminum grills, rough tones and non-reflecting glass, creating a shapely, modern and iconic sensation.
裙楼二层的中央开放式平台将集中式的独栋百货、退台式的开放商业以及游走式的内接商业有效地组织起来，酒店写字楼、SOHO塔楼、住宅塔楼高低错落，形成丰富的天际线。外立面应用金属窗框格栅、糙面干挂石材、平透玻璃，简洁现代，线条挺拔。
