FEATURES: Modern sustainable architecture as solution for the design of a Civic Center, the uneven land is compensated with a single main building balancing the different levels. The building will grow a green skin in time and the internal structure guarantees accessibility to several public services in a social atmosphere. Sports, culture, health and citizen services.
项目描述：这栋建筑是基于一个有着15米落差的崎岖地面修建而起的。考虑到残疾儿童行动不便，该建筑的所有主要功能基本集中在一层楼中。整个建筑选用石材建成，无数的庭院走廊从教室延伸而出，形成内部小花园。这个通光系统使得光照可以到达建筑物的每个角落。外墙设计上体现出了一种有力而高雅的建筑语言。
