A volume made of two parts in a way that the superior floor slides on top of the intermediate one is created. This slide is resolved in a ledge of 15m which is risky but aesthetic. The compactness of the volume is resolved with large panels of prefabricated white concrete on the facades. The courtyard under the ledge is of great beauty, especially for the contrast between the wooden floor and the metal ceiling.
这栋建筑的特色在于顶层与另外两层分割向前滑出15米的距离，形成了一个悬空的部分。尽管在设计与施工上有较大难度，但却体现了一种建筑美学。我们使用预加工的白色水泥作为外立面材料，以增加建筑物的紧凑感。在悬空楼层下设计了一个小花园，小花园不仅美观，木质地板与悬空物底墙的金属材质还可以形成强烈的对比。
