The project is a tourist complex that includes a 7-star hotel with 218 rooms, 10 villas with landscaped patios facing the desert. The complex also includes business and wedding rooms, a thermal spa, recreational rooms, a shopping street, and a 3-star hotel from the IBIS franchise. The landscape transforms the desert into an oasis full of experiences and activities related to the dunes. The building has different platforms with views of the desert.
